How to sell your caravan near you in three simple steps
Sell your caravan near Thame: the caravans we buy
Most people who want to sell a caravan have a touring caravan on the drive, in storage, or on a seasonal pitch they no longer use. We buy directly from private owners, so there is no advert to write, no viewings to host and no chain of buyers to fall through. We buy right across Thame and Oxfordshire, and arrange free local collection at a time that suits you.
Far from an exhaustive list. If your make is not shown, it does not mean we are not interested.
If you need to sell your caravan fast, tell us what you have and we will price it as it stands, not as it would be after work you have no intention of doing.
Free caravan valuation in Thame: what affects your price
A caravan valuation should be explainable. Five things decide the figure we offer, and we talk you through each one as it applies to your caravan:
That is the whole method. No opening offer that quietly drops on collection day, and no deduction you hear about for the first time with the caravan already hitched up.
Age & model
An older caravan is not automatically worth less. Demand for the model matters more than the year on its own.
Layout & berth size
Fixed beds and end washrooms move on faster than older bunk layouts, and that feeds straight into the figure.
Overall condition
Bodywork, chassis and interior. Wear that matches the age is expected, not penalised.
Damp history
Recorded readings tell us more than the word damp on its own. Tell us what the last service found.
Included extras
Awning, motor mover, solar and upgraded fittings all add, as long as they leave with the caravan.
Why people near Thame choose to sell a caravan
There is rarely a single reason. These are the ones caravan owners tell us most often:
Damp has been found
A reading at service time turns a planned season into a repair bill. Selling as it stands is often the cheaper decision.
It has not moved in years
Storage and insurance keep running whether the caravan is used or not.
Downsizing
A smaller van, or no van at all, after the towing car changed.
Upgrading
The new caravan is ordered and the old one has to be gone before it arrives.
The towing car went
No towbar, no tow, and a caravan that cannot leave the drive.
Whichever applies, the process is the same and the valuation costs you nothing.
Value My Caravan →Why caravan sellers near Thame choose us
Selling a caravan should not feel like a negotiation you are losing. This is what holds true on every one we buy.
Priced on five factors
Age and model, layout, condition, damp history and extras. You hear how each one moved the figure.
Free collection, always
We tow it away ourselves, so there is no transport to arrange and no cost to you.
Paid on the day
Cash or same day bank transfer when we collect, not later in the week.
No obligation
Take the valuation away and think about it. Nothing is signed until you decide.
